Data Deletion Instructions

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data that we have collected through our website or Facebook Lead Ads. Below are the ways you can request data deletion.

How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time using any of the following methods:

1. Email: Send a request to boljoon@aiscale.pro with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your name and the email address or phone number you used in your inquiry.
2. WhatsApp: Message us at +63 962 724 1960 with "Data Deletion Request" and your contact details.
3. Phone: Call +63 976 590 6483 and verbally request data deletion.

What Happens After Your Request

1. We will verify your identity by confirming the contact information associated with your inquiry.
2. Upon verification, we will permanently delete your personal data from our CRM database within 7 business days.
3. This includes your name, email, phone number, property interests, messages, and any AI-generated qualification data.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Data Retention Exceptions

We may retain limited data if required by law, or if you have an active property transaction in progress. Once any transaction is completed or cancelled, all personal data will be deleted upon request.

Facebook Lead Ads Data

If you submitted your information through a Facebook Lead Ad, your data was transmitted from Meta to our CRM system. When you request deletion, we will remove your data from our systems. To manage or delete data stored by Meta, please use Facebook's own privacy settings at Settings > Privacy > Your Facebook Information.
